On Thursday at 3:05 p.m., a 3-month-old Shih Tzu puppy was stolen from the Petland store in Frisco. The suspect is described to be an African American male, about 6'4" and 220 lbs. At the time of the theft he was wearing sunglasses and his left eye was bloodshot.
